Welcome to MJB VALETING. By booking our valet services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Consent Form
Customers must sign a consent form acknowledging any pre-existing damage to their vehicle before the valet service takes place. This form confirms that you understand the condition of your vehicle prior to our service.
2. Payment
Full payment for the valet service is required on the day of the service. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking.
3. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the valet service provided, you have 7 days from the date of service to contact MJB VALETING regarding any issues. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
5. Limitations of Liability
If you do not contact us within the 7-day period, MJB VALETING will not be responsible for any concerns raised thereafter.
6. Modifications
MJB VALETING reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
